250 Montgomery Street

San Francisco, CA

Site: 130,000 sf     No. Stories: 15 stories

250 Montgomery Street occupies a key location in the north of Market Financial District. Surrounded by famous San Francisco landmarks, both new and old including the modern Bank of America building, to the historic Russ and Mills buildings, to the Pacific Coast Stock Exchange – the project design fits the image, context and market of this prestigious location. This 225 foot, 15-story building contains 130,000 gsf of office space.
