Formerly an office building, 733 Front Street was converted into residential housing with ground floor commercial use. Located on the edge of historic Jackson Square and adjacent to Sidney Walton Park, the building accommodates 69 luxury condominiums and 39 off-street parking spaces. Modifications to the exterior provide natural ventilation and improve day lighting. A new color scheme adds hierarchy and a sense of verticality, allowing the more modern expression to reflect portions of the older structures in the district.
