The Camelback master plan project site encompasses four separate one-block parcels that total almost 1 million sf along East Camelback Road between North 68th Street and North Goldwater Boulevard in Scottsdale, Arizona. This master plan creates an integrated mixed-use complex of residential, restaurant, retail, and office space with associated parking as required. Specifically, the OrchidTree section plan looks to convert an existing residential complex located at the corner of East Camelback Road and 68th Street in Scottsdale, Arizona. The proposed development will create a 600,000 sf condominium residence of approximately 250 units and a below-grade parking garage. The core philosophy of this plan is to create a residential environment rich in open space and amenities by concentrating building space and maximizing open areas in between. The overall master plan focuses on pedestrian circulation among main public streets and within private outdoor common areas.
