Stephen has over 25 years of experience, working on complex major projects across the residential, commercial, conference / exhibition, sports, leisure, retail, education and health sectors throughout Australia and China. His design work earned several AIA awards, including the Queensland chapter’s Commercial Medal. As a senior associate with SJB, until his recent relocation to San Francisco, he led several award winning projects including 36 Louisa Road and Glebe Harbour. Major projects undertaken were Star City, Sydney Superdome, CSIRO Riverside Life Sciences Centre, the Eastern Stand of Energy Australia Stadium, Batavia Maritime Museum, Northern Territory University Library, Jilin Convention & Exhibition Centre, Greenwood Plaza, Forum St. Leonard’s and St. Vincent’s Hospital Main Services Building. Stephen is known for his commitment to design quality, attention to detail and leadership from concept through to delivery. In all of his work he endeavours to achieve the finest possible outcomes.
