Menlo Gateway will anchor a vibrant urban village that is envisioned for 16 acres of land east of Highway 101. The project will revitalize an existing dated industrial park and create an office and hotel complex that reflects Menlo Park’s location as the gateway to the greater Silicon Valley.
The project will include three office buildings totaling 694,000 sf, three parking garages with a total of 2,689 spaces, a 40,000 sf fitness center and a 250 room luxury hotel. Sustainability and green materials will be integral elements of the design with the office buildings designed to LEED Gold standard. The three office buildings with accompanying parking garages will provide homes for technology and knowledge businesses. These buildings will create a distinctive, iconic gateway to a revitalized business and residential community in the corridor east of Highway 101. Spacious grounds will include four acres of open space, green grass, shaded walkways and plazas. More extensive pedestrian paths and bike lanes have been included since the original design. Menlo Gateway will establish a powerful new model for 21st century service and technology businesses.
