Carl has over 24 years of professional experience working in the Bay Area on a broad range of projects.  He has an extensive background specializing in construction document development, construction administration and quality assurance / quality control management.  He has practiced all aspects of architectural construction project management and has been a project team leader.  In working on projects of varying sizes, he has collaborated with clients, consultants, contractors, inspectors, and project managers in a variety of roles from senior project architect to construction administration project manager.
