Known as the Royal Globe Insurance Building, this historic landmark building (No. 160) now houses 46 luxury condominiums. Originally an 11-story office building, the renovation of The Royal included the design of ground-floor retail space, maintenance of an existing basement structure, and the overall creation of an appealing and upscale community in this extraordinary building.

The historical exterior façade, entryway, lobby, and stairway were all renovated and preserved. The marble and stone details of the entryway, lobby, and interior stairway (all originally imported from Europe) were carefully conserved, retaining the historic integrity of the entire building.
