The renovation of the existing Masonic Auditorium on San Francisco’s Nob Hill expanded the capacity of the venue and created a destination concert space. After the renovation, Live Nation is able to host more shows and add a variety of different events each year.
The capacity increased from 3,166 seats to 3,300 seats after the removal of the stationary main floor seating. After the renovations, the main floor became a flexible space capable of hosting dinner events, a dance floor, and a standing room. Additional upgrades included a kitchen and permanent concession stands, and changing the configuration of the stage.
