Sonoma Resort

Sonoma Resort is a sophisticated, Tuscan-inspired golf community that sits gracefully among Sonoma’s celebrated vineyards, and includes private residences, a hotel, and a destination golf course. This world-class destination reflects a sublime combination of Northern California and Tuscan aesthetics that fits easily within the existing entitlements for the Alexander Valley Resort Plan.

The centerpiece of the development is the par-72, 7000+ yard 18-hole Robert Trent Jones Golf Course, which has operating vineyards in the out-of-bounds area in keeping with the region's winemaking heritage.

Sonoma Resort is a pedestrian-oriented community with more than two and a half miles of bike and pedestrian pathways. Residents of the private homes are encouraged to walk and use golf carts throughout the site to minimize the impact of the development. Though entitled for 130 homes, the plan includes only 32 private homes, in order to preserve the natural beauty of the site. While the residences will be private, there will be no fences between homes, allowing few interruptions to the rolling hillsides.
