Xiaoshan Qianjiang Century City J-02 Complex
This project is located in the core area of Hangzhou Qianjiang Century City. The project organically integrates the environmental characteristics of the new district and the traditional elements of Hangzhou traditional culture, forming a planning pattern of the former waterhouse, one axis and two wings. The landmark buildings are located in the most important southwest corner of the plot. The other buildings are divided into two wings. All the buildings are unobstructed, and the north and south are transparent. They all have a good landscape orientation. The ventilation corridor is used to adjust the regional microclimate.
The interior of the base forms an inner street and an inner courtyard. The entrance is completely open to the city. Office users and citizens can experience shopping, leisure, sports, gatherings and other experiences in the courtyard. The business and service podiums maintain consistency and a large display at both the internal and external interfaces. Internal commercial use retreats to form multiple first floors, which enhances business value, while strengthening the integrity and coherence of the podium, creating a rich business and service experience. This case sets the southwest-northeast dynamic dynamic axis, which forms the infiltration axis of the base space together with the landscape and the building. The dynamic meridian evolved from the Qianjiang vitality water axis, and the nodes, users and citizens participate in the event. Activities are more random and rich.
