The Montaire, San Francisco, CA

No. Stories: 9 stories

This award winning 22-unit, eight-story luxury condominium is located at the top of San Francisco's prestigious Nob Hill. The Montaire blends Old World charm with the sophistication of the modern. The building is designed to respond to the historic fabric of the neighborhood while offering residents modern amenities. The units range in size from 1,000 to 4,000 sf and are provided with luxury finishes, cabinetwork and appliances. The complex approval process ensured that all neighborhood issues were taken into account and the project was ultimately shaped to address these concerns. Traffic issues were addressed by a porte-cochere that also enhances the sense of entry and arrival. Careful massing and setbacks not only ensured a seamless neighborhood fit, but also created unique outdoor terraces while several units have with dramatic views of the entire Golden Gate Bridge.
