The Infinity

The Infinity is centrally located between the Financial District and the Bay Bridge, with easy access to the Embarcadero and the waterfront, major transit lines, and freeways. The unique curving façade of the towers provides residents with spectacular views of the San Francisco Bay including the Bay Bridge, Treasure Island, the Giant’s ballpark, and Twin Peaks. The structural system of the towers is the first to pioneer a performance-based system in a seismic zone, and the first performance-based, seismically designed high-rise in San Francisco.

As one of the most sought after addresses in San Francisco’s Rincon Hill neighborhood, The Infinity boasts 650 condominium units, the City’s largest private health club, a 75-foot indoor pool, community room, event/theater space, and a central landscaped courtyard. In addition to the development of The Infinity, the project delivered 165 below-market-rate units on another South of Market site. Selected as one of San Francisco’s seven sisters, it has become the most successful residential project in the U.S. This project was done in collaboration with Arquitectonica.
