The Infinity

San Francisco, CA

Site: 1,405,000 sf (total), 935,000 sf (residential)     No. Stories: Two towers – 37 stories & 42 stories; two 8-story buildings

The Infinity is centrally located between the Financial District and the Bay Bridge, with easy access to the Embarcadero and the waterfront, major transit lines and freeways. The unique curving façade of the towers provide residents with spectacular views of the San Francisco Bay including the Bay Bridge, Treasure Island, the Giant’s ballpark, and Twin Peaks. The structural system of the towers is the first to pioneer a performance-based system in a seismic zone. The ground floor retail space includes a boutique restaurant, creating a lively atmosphere along the Folsom Street frontage. As one of the most sought after addresses in San Francisco’s Rincon Hill neighborhood, the Infinity boasts 650 condominium units, the City’s largest private health club, a 75-foot indoor pool, community room, event/theater space, and a central landscaped courtyard with a cascading water wall. In addition to the the development of the Infinity, the project delivered 165 below market rate units on another south of market site. Selected as one of San Francisco’s seven sisters, it has become the most successful residential projects in the US.
