Richard has a broad background in architectural design, urban and master planning projects. Richard has been with Heller Manus for more than 24 years, and as a principal and senior designer, he focuses on the development and coordination of major design projects; and works directly with clients, consultants, contractors and planners. With over 35 years of experience, his knowledge encompasses a wide range of building types, including office, residential, hotel and retail projects. As a principal with detailed knowledge of the planning codes throughout the Bay Area, the majority of Richard’s project involvement focuses mainly on the early stages of the concept design and planning approval phases.
