Lumina | San Francisco

Located in the evolving Rincon Hill District, Lumina at 201 Folsom Street is comprised of two residential towers rising 38 and 43-stories from a podium base which contain additional residential units, parking, and ground-level retail. Originally developed as phase II of The Infinity, market conditions delayed the groundbreaking and construction of Lumina by nearly a decade. Now complete, the project includes luxury amenities including a 75-foot lap pool, a fitness center, health club, home theatre and communal social lounges, and rooftop garden.

Lumina’s location and height assures panoramic views of the San Francisco Bay and Downtown for residents, as well as close proximity to the Embarcadero, Financial District and burgeoning SOMA neighborhood.
