The design closely integrates with the natural environment and promotes urban planning for a low carbon future. The waterfront land emphasizes mixed-use development and public open spaces, injects dynamic vitality into it, enhances land use value and the city image; introduces a city spatial layout that builds landmark space, and creates a new urban waterfront space. Develops the axis, creates a diversified landscape environment and different styles of communities, realizes the harmonious unity of economic, social, and environmental benefits; protects the ecological environment, and makes rational use of the natural landscape conditions on the banks of the river and water gardens. Natural resources support ecological integrity and diversity; introduces financial trade, film and television travel, creative services, commodity exhibitions, smart logistics, and other functions that reflect the characteristics of the times and regional contexts, especially finance, exhibitions, film and television, culture, and science. Innovates and educates life, retail, and recreation; builds a multi-functional ecological community that is mixed and livable; attaches the importance to providing community cultural services as well as aesthetic, intellectual, and environmental education services to urban residents; and builds a “Western Living Room”.
