Menlo Portal is a mixed-use project with multi-family units and a boutique commercial building. The 3.20-acre site benefits from multiple frontages, Independence Drive, and Constitution Drive in Menlo Park.

The design character of the 335-unit residential buildings builds upon the planning goals reflected in the Connect Menlo Area Plan. A boutique commercial building, at the primary site entry, brings 24/7 life to the site, in concert with a pocket park that’s created by the mixed-use. Bonus’ for increased density/height accommodate increased levels of affordable housing, public open space connected by pedestrian paseos, and other desired community benefits. This project is a pioneer in an area that was previously zoned for industrial.
