Waikoloa Highlands Center

Located in the heart of Waikoloa, within the South Kohalla district of the island of Hawaii, Waikoloa Highlands Center provides 70,000 square feet of much-needed office and retail space for the fastgrowing regional population.

Strategically located between two major intersections and adjacent to a golf course, the project is designed to act as the main community focus and social gathering place. A large outdoor plaza connects the three major building clusters: Retail/Office, Restaurant/Community, Commercial. The project design incorporates traditional Hawaiian design elements and offers spectacular views of the ocean and golf course.
