Menlo Gateway anchors a vibrant urban village on 16 acres of land east of Highway 101 in Menlo Park California. The project was completed in two phases, regenerated an existing, dated industrial park, and created an office complex that reflects Menlo Park’s location as the iconic gateway to the greater Silicon Valley and its revitalized business and residential community.
The project includes three office buildings totaling 694,650 sf, three parking garages with a total of 1649 sf/2,689 spaces, a 40,000 sf fitness center, and a 250 room luxury hotel. Sustainability and green materials are integral elements of the design with the office buildings designed to LEED Gold standards. The three office buildings with accompanying parking garages are fully leased by Facebook.
The spacious grounds include four acres of open space, green grass, shaded walkways, plazas, and includes comprehensive pedestrian paths and bike lanes. The unique sky bridge at the 4th and 6th levels connect the two 25,000 sf floorplates. Each parking garage shear wall was uniquely designed with dichroic glass & metal sculptures by artist Don Rich. Menlo Gateway establishes a powerful new model for 21st-century service and technology businesses.
