Yantai Qixia Golf Park

There are several goals that the master plan for the Yantai Qixia Golf Park adheres to. Creating a mixed-use, sustainable development and high quality of life for the ecological recreation community are some of the main project goals. Additionally, the project aims to create a compact city, so that the new buildings organically fit into the existing landscape's characteristics. The project creates a modern atmosphere with motifs of the buildings.

In order to create a continuation of the local context, the urban atmosphere reflects the natural environment. Practical organization of traffic, close to the overall layout of the ecological community, and the relationship between the surrounding land are both handled properly. At the same time, access management, and other aspects of traffic planning are addressed. The master plan improves road traffic planning while optimizing the main road, slip road, and handling the internal road and urban road convergence. The project supports natural vegetation and helps to maintain biodiversity. Important to cultural services are provided, and residents receive environmental education services. Historical and cultural heritage, as well as the city's unique personality and style, are reflected in the design.
