Zhangjiagang Renmin Road Urban Design

Urban design along the People's Road creates a city with a multi-functional vitality, a green transportation spine, high-quality landscape, and cultural features. The project included an in-depth study of various functional components within the scope of planning, including improving public support service facilities and meeting the development demands of people along the road.

Designed on the basis of the existing road system, we focused on optimizing branch networking and strengthening the organic combination of various modes of transportation, and new technologies and concepts, to create a safe, efficient and convenient transportation system. The design prioritized green development while paying attention to the improvement of regional environmental quality. The goal of the project is to realize the harmonious unity of the space, ecology, and human environment in the region, and make Zhangjiagang City's image that of high quality and civilized livability. Comprehensive use of urban design techniques, combined with functional layout, emphasizing human scale and green ecology, showing the modern urban cultural characteristics of Renmin Road.
