Zhuhai Hengqin New District Urban Design

The Zhuhai Hengqin New District Urban Design is a compilation of urban design as well as sustainable development guidelines for the construction of Hengqin Island's 106 square kilometers (including 28 square kilometers of construction land). The overall goals of the project are to practice scientific development, highlight the "SAR in the SAR" advantage, to lead the development of Zhuhai and Macao city, gather high-end services and high-tech industries, relax the city layout, create people-oriented city services, and use pedestrian-friendly design for green roadways and control urban traffic. The project creates an urban environment that combines the ideas of heaven on earth to create an international business and living environment that becomes a "landscape city, ecological island city".
