Dalian Eco Science City Concept General Plan

The project is in Yichengzi District, Dalian City, China. It has characteristics of ecological network with intertwined fertile soil, mountain forest, and river plain. Its important strategic location makes it a model eco-city of great potential. Despite its inherent geographical and resource advantages, it is facing the challenges of climate change, development, construction, and environmental protection, improving the viability of the economy and the quality of life of residents, as well as other challenges.

HM proposed concept planning and green project specifications, that turned these challenges into development opportunities and facilitated the formation of operational solutions. Through advanced planning, design and management models, the project will create a mixed economic system as well as a regional center for research, innovation, sightseeing, and living that will attract tourists, collaborators, and investors from all over the world to lead Dalian to the intelligent, low-carbon, livable city of the new era.
