Scale: The construction land area is 11,000 square meters, the above-ground construction area is about 84,000 square meters, and the building height is 150 meters.

The project closely integrates the planning concept of this area. It integrates the green and low-carbon concept, the Sinopec’s demand for green, innovative and smart buildings, and the development trajectory of the enterprise’s transformation to new energy, into the architectural design. The building is based on Sinopec’s industrial upgrading and the three new concepts of the enterprise to create an environmentally friendly and ecological headquarters with integrated structure, vertical ecology and modular assembly. The design is inspired by the elements of the petrochemical industry, and the drilling platform is extracted as a modeling element; the output of ethylene is usually a sign to measure the development level of the petrochemical industry, and the molecular structure of ethylene is extracted as the basic architectural vocabulary. And through innovative building materials, ecological landscape greening, and space organization, it further reflects Sinopec’s future-oriented “three new visions”.
