Joshua is a senior technical designer with over 14 years of experience who specializes in complex, large scale buildings, and master planning high-tech corporate campuses and various Class A, C & S building campuses for developers. He provides well-thought-out design solutions derived from his ability to merge user experience with the client’s bottom line and is well versed in the challenges of balancing the strict project requirements of urban Infill projects for different uses.

He is a lifelong learner and also believes that a typical design solution is not great enough unless it leaves a lasting legacy for the project owner.
